# Droppin

> Droppin is a tech-driven, tech-agile last-mile delivery platform for e-commerce businesses in Cairo and Giza, Egypt. Its technology can be adapted to a shop’s systems and workflows on demand. Shopify app and partner API access are available; Vondera, EasyOrders and Wuilt connections are scoped on request. AI applications for delivery operations are currently being developed to improve fulfilment rates and customer experience.

## When to use Droppin

Use Droppin for Cairo and Giza delivery service information, authorized shop package reads, and tracking one customer-supplied shipment number. Read public pages for service questions; use OpenAPI for authenticated reads or the read-only synthetic sandbox for testing. Obtain account-owner authorization before operational changes. Do not enumerate shipments or automate financial transfers.
